How can I arrange a mortgage to finance a property purchase overseas?

Secure an overseas mortgage on the property that you intend to purchase and repay loan from income using  your existing overseas property as security for the loan.

I have a foreign property that I don’t wish to sell, can I borrow money against this asset?
Provided the property is located in any of the 45 countries mentined that include USA, Canada, France, Spain, Portugal, Australia, New Zealand, UK or Dubai we can organize loans for our clients.

I am looking to buy in Thailand and want to be sure I can borrow the money before I start to look for my new purchase, can you pre approve a loan for me?
Yes, just fill in our enquiry form and we will then forward the loan request to the institution, once accepted you have several months in which to find the dream property.

Should I choose a mortgage based in the country in which I wish to buy?
Several local loans are restricted to 10 year terms making the monthly repayments overwhelmingly expensive. Often the rules can change to suit local conditions which could leave you exposed to unnecessary risk.We have international mortgages available with upto 25 year repayment options.
